North States Large Clear Choice Window Bird Feeder

Editor's note

The window feeder guide picks this large clear feeder for households that want to offer seed and fruit side by side.

The listing describes suction cups with a horizontal level indicator and a slide-out tray, with seed on one level and a separate compartment for fruit slices or water.

The guide cites Project FeederWatch, which suggests cleaning seed feeders every week or two. Mark the outside of nearby glass with decals 2 inches apart to cut collisions, and keep cats indoors.
